Soft Washing Vinyl Siding in Dallas, NC

We got a call from a customer out of Dallas, NC looking to get several houses on his properties cleaned. This home was extremley dirty as it had not been cleaned for many years. There was green algae, black marks on some of the trim, cob webs, and dirt. With Vinyl siding we NEVER use high pressure as this will oxidize the siding and cause it to have a chalky look that cannot be fixed with a normal house wash. To stay away from this, we used our soft washing process which is to use low pressure and let our cleaning agent do the work. This home had plants and decorative wood that we did not want to get damaged so we removed the decorative items and placed them to the side. We then rinsed plants and bushes before applying our cleaning agent to prevent any damage. Typically on houses that have a thick layer of green algae like this one, we want to make sure all of the organic material is removed in the first or second pass so we decided to wash this side with a higher concentration of our cleaning agent. After the house was clean, the customer was blown away by how clean the siding looked. We went on to clean two more homes in the area.
