House Washing in Mount Holly, NC
We got a call from a customer earlier this summer with a list of things she needed us to do to freshen up the house. One of which was to give her house a cleaning. This house wasn't the dirtiest house we had cleaned, although the right section of the house gets a lot of shade throughout the year, so it had a large section of algae that was visible from the road and really brought down the curb appeal. As always, the first step was to drench the flowers and vegetation around the house as to not damage them. After soaking the plants thoroughly, we applied our cleaning agent, Sodium Hypochlorite with a high-quality surfactant, in sections. After spraying down half the house in our solution, it was time to rinse. It's important to not let the solution sit too long as it can cause a white hue and is difficult to remove. We repeated this process for the rest of the house, applying our solution, then rinsing. Once the house was washed, we added in the front porch for no extra charge. The last step was to rinse down the plants and flowers again to make sure that if any of our solution got on the surface it's rinsed away.
